Once you confirm a package, we require a booking advance (typically 25–30% of the total package value) to hold your reservations. The balance is due 15 days before departure. We accept bank transfers, UPI, and major card payments. A full payment receipt and confirmed itinerary are shared immediately after each payment.

Cancellation terms vary depending on the destination, season, and airline/hotel policies involved. We share a clear written cancellation policy with every booking confirmation. In general, cancellations more than 30 days before departure attract lower charges than last-minute cancellations. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all bookings.
